Care Goes Beyond the Kitchen

Behind FURISTO is a team of parents, and behind many of the things we do are our own personal beliefs. One of them is that the healthier, more responsible society we want our children to grow up in will not simply happen on its own. And we cannot wait for someone else to create it for us.
We believe that much of this change begins within the family – with the small choices we make every day, the example we set for our children, and the values they grow up with. Because the children of today are the people who will shape the society of tomorrow.
That is why, for us, being a responsible company also means looking beyond the kitchen.
Over the years, FURISTO has supported social and charitable initiatives through which we donate food and support children and families in need, stand behind causes related to health and prevention, raise awareness about violence against women and the importance of support, help elderly people and people facing hardship, and work to reduce the footprint we leave on the planet.
Sometimes that means making a donation. Sometimes it means providing food. And sometimes it means using FURISTO’s voice and community to bring attention to an issue that deserves to be talked about more.
We don’t believe that one company can change the world on its own. But we do believe that change begins when each of us does our small part.
And that is exactly the example we want to set for our children.
